The INNternationale has 15 basic floor designs. See Floor Plans Here. It is possible to obtain a resident contract per few days, week, month,
semester or yearly basis. You do not have to lease for an entire year.
All leases include utilities, movie theather, central air conditioning, central heat,
wireless internet, cable TV outlet, token operated laundry center,
lounges with and without kitchens, the World Café, weekly and monthly
events and the "spoken language" advantage of a world environment. The
INNternationale is open 365 days a year.
The INNternationale request all reservations be made a minimum of 120 days in advance. In some cases a student or visiting faculty member will not have the 120 days grace period for reservation. In this case all efforts will be made to secure a reservation however the complete costs of the period of stay will be required 30 days prior to the arrival unless approved in writing otherwise. The INNternationale will accept checks, money orders, bank wire, Master card or Visa. Checks are to be made out to "Independent Holdings Management LLC. When planning your stay please reserve your room as far ahead as possible to assure the requested accommodations, especially if you have interest in the Spoken Language program.

Except for Lower level single and double accommodations, all suite rooms have individual air/heating system, kitchenette with refrigerator, large microwave, cabinets and sink, closets, 32” wall mounted Television, and a larger bathroom and shower. The Executive Hostel is dormitory styled living with a group A (women) and group B (men) , each group is composed of 4 units (either singles or doubles) with a large shared bathroom complex (cleaned by housekeeping, with central air, and refrigerator and microwave in each room. All the rooms have wireless and Ethernet internet. All furniture is provided. There are 4 full kitchens in the new addition, along with a surround sound movie theater. |

Information & Special Accommodations
There are other University service fees such as student health fee, comprehensive student fee, student center fee, registration fee, new student orientation fee and a mandatory medical insurance fee that may or may not be due and payable directly to the University. This will mostly depend on a student's part time or full time status. Please consult the University website (www.udel.edu) for a listing and description of these fees.

Couples may receive a discount when reserving one of the Single room floor plans.** Accommodations for the "Spoken Language" program are possible and all attempts to find the appropriate language interest (s) roommate will be made. This program will be especially successful for ELI students. The double room and the double/double room have been especially designed for this.
Accommodations will be available but not limited to those students or visiting scholars qualifying as either international of foreign descent or international of American descent.
Accommodations for The English Language Institute students will also be available.
Accommodations for students of American descent studying international business, foreign languages, International studies, Hotel-Restaurant and Institutional Management, study abroad program or a discipline that would be enhanced by association with the residents of the Innternationale.
Room Service: *Room service on a daily basis will be available at an additional charge.
Events: There will be no charge for the weekly or monthly night event in the conference center and World Café.
Cleaning: The Resident is responsible for cleaning their own linens and cleaning of the bathroom and bedroom, except for leases involving a daily rental price. This service is limited to the first floor executive rooms but may be arranged at an extra cost for those requiring it. Cleaning is included for the facilities kitchens, café, laundry room, game room and public bathrooms. Residents are required to clean the kitchen after their use as well as their own rooms.
Linens: Are to be supplied by the resident leasing short term (Less than one month), however they may be leased for $10.00 per month.
Shopping: A shopping trip is included once per week, at no charge, to purchase food and items for cooking in the kitchens within the INN. The Van is also available for special trips and the convenience of the residents.
Bus Transportation: A University bus is scheduled to pick up students in front of the INNternationale for transportation to the first morning class. There are UD buses and City buses that pick up students in front of the Student Center all during the day and include night hours. The Student Center is a few minutes from the INN.
Meals: Meals are available at any number of dining halls at the University. One is located across the street on campus that offer meal plans. The Perkins student center offers per meal purchase and Main Street is only 10 minutes away from the INN. There are 9 kitchens in the INN for the use by Residents should they wish to cook. Each room is supplied with a Micro Wave and Refrigerator. Food service is available through the University for those desiring a meal ticket. There are a number of UD cafeterias within short walking distance from the INNternationale. Main Street restaurants are also within walking distance.
TV Rental: Colored TV's are included with all executive rooms. If available, a TV may be leased for $14.00 per month. TV service is included in all rooms, but will require a TV if not supplied with the room.
Internet and Utilities: These items are all included at no extra charge. The Telephone, in the lobby is a free local call service and may receive long distance calls. A credit card must be used for long distance. The Internet is high speed Xfinity Comcast. The original facility is Central air Conditioning and Heat. The new wing has individual air/heat systems in each room.
Spoken Language: There is no charge for the "Spoken Language" shared housing arrangement or for matching roommates within this co-ed facility. As part of your reservation, please fill out the information regarding your special needs and interests. We will attempt to provide the most compatible arrangement possible. We ask for all your contact information such that possible student arrangements can be formed via the internet during the reservation period. We also ask that students interested in living with a foreign roommate prepare your reservations as early as possible to allow time to develop your needs.
